This has to be one of the worst hotels in Frankfurt! There were a number of broken items in the room, including a broken wardrobe handle & shelf and shower door, and the shower itself did not drain, and vacillated between scorching hot and freezing cold. For most of my stay, the elevator was also out of order.
It wasn't easy to sleep; the curtains were a good foot into the room letting the street light stream in, and one night there was a significant amount of shouting coming from within the hotel. The heating was centrally controlled, and the room was way too hot.
Add to this the non-working internet, and the high cost of the room (>€300/night due to a large exhibition being in town) and there was zero value for money. I checked out and changed hotels for my final night, as I had a meeting which required internet access.
The only plus was the tram stop immediately outside the hotel! Avoid this place.

Liked: Staff & service
Nice staff, but unlucky with 1 day no elevators, another day no hot water for shower.
No pricereduction
Stains all over the walls, staff was unfriendly, right next to the red light district and watched someone get pick pocketed rught out front. Dont recommend
Room 508 has bed bugs, I was bitten during a couple of nights until I found the insects.
Hotel owner never responded to my complaint and didn’t refund the payment.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The photos of the hotel were completely misleading and it’s definitely overpriced.
The perk is its location nearby walking distances to interesting tourist spots.
This is at most a 2 star student accommodation. Receptionist clueless. Elevator does not work and only goes to 5th floor so you have to climb an extra floor. With 2 Turkish grills underneath, you are sure to inhale cooked meat throughout your stay. Advantage: vicinity to everything.
Very nice clean new hotel with a nice 10 min walk to the very centre of Frankfurt or a 5 minuite walk to the train station. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Staff were all very friendly and attentive.
The hotel itself was great. The shower stunk! It is just a shower head about 4.5 up the wall about 6 inches from a corner. There is NO shower stall, door or curtain. And there were no real curtains on the large bathroom window. I took a shower with out any lights on at night, the street lights lit up the bathroom enough. It is located less than a 5 minute walk from the main Frankfurt train station. And less then a 10 minute walk from downtown. The downside to the location if you are looking for a real German experience with restaurants and stores you have to look. This hotel is in the heart of of Turkish, Afghan, Moroccan, etc area.
It’s a basic hotel with a super central location. It’s an old building so it’s a good thing because one of the few that let you open windows fully in room. There is also an elevator which is nice. Everything is super basic but very very clean. There are fluorescent type lights in the room which make the feel at night even more basic but you also notice how clean the place is. Most fixtures updated (my shower had water going both directions from hose and the shower head but think that’s an easy fix, I didn’t complain). I had complications with a return flight so extended my stay a few nights. Each time individually and through orbitz or another booking website, and it was no issue to stay in the same room. The staff is on top of their booking. The area is pretty crazy but it’s also next door to the train stop and there are SO many restaurants and stores in the area. I don’t even know if hotel had breakfast because as soon as you step outside there are maybe 10 different restaurants to choose from on one block. All delicious and any style of food. One thing was strange for me is that there was no lock on the main entrance that leads to elevator that leads to the rooms.. and elevator doesn’t need a key either. I don’t know if they have cameras or anything else checking who is coming in and out of building. Felt somewhat uneasy over that Staying as a single female Traveler and coming into the property at late hours.
All clean and well-maintained. Friendly checkin woman. The area is close to the station which is always 'interesting' and great if you like to try different world foods. I had dinner at an Afghan cafe nearby. The downside is the street noise at all hours, including the trams. Double-glazing would help there. The rooms are heated but it wasn't cold enough for that. In fact, I had to open the window in the middle of night to cool down (and let the noise in). There's no breakfast but lots of options nearby. It was just fine for two nights but I wouldn't stay longer.
