Appreciated cleanliness, walkable location to airport, plenty of space to unpack, quiet, good mattress & shower. Requested another pillow as theirs are very thin. The pillow was brought up 2 hrs later when I was already asleep. I'd given up as I'd tried a couple times to phone the desk & they didn't pick up. I set up a wake up call as per the directions on phone since they did not pick up the phone to, also, request that. Glad my cell alarm worked as their wake up call never happened. When I brought these concerns to their attention in the morning, he said the wakeup call problem had never happened before. Then his supervisor said those go to corporate after 10 pm so don't happen. This could make a guest miss their flight. They need to pick up calls themselves to prevent all of these mishaps.

Very handy to the train station, friendly staff, modern and clean. This property is in a newly developed area one train stop from the airport. There's an excellent supermarket nearby and a small but growing number of restaurants it seems. Would definitely stay again, although we rather hope to avoid Frankfurt airport in future.

We arrived to the airport around noon time after a 12 hour flight. First person at the front desk told us that our two rooms will not be ready until 3pm. We waited until 12:30 pm and when I inquired again with a different front desk person she told me that room are available but if we wanted early check in we had to pay 20 Euros. Why was this not mentioned when we first got in and we told them we were very tired? Either lack of training or carelessness.

Nink at the Front Desk was very efficient and welcoming! She even willigky assisted me in my airline booking. Long, my waiter at the restaurant was extremely healthful and friendly, The restaurant kitchem, however, rates poorly, 3.0! First, I had ordered their Rindfleischsuppe and it was atrocious. It was way too salty. They must have poored a bottle of soy sauce. I askef Long to take it back to the kitchen. He did it graciously. I also ordered most expensive and high-lighted dish, their Argentinan Rib-eye steak. I requested "medium rare", but it csme medium. The steak was rather dry and tough. Being very familiar with IS rib-eyes and the Spanish chuletón, this steak was certainly outclassed. It seems their cattle walked from Pampas, Argentina to here in Frankfurt.
