First, I had ordered their Rindfleischsuppe and it was atrocious. It was way too salty. They must have poored a bottle of soy sauce. I askef Long to take it back to the kitchen. He did it graciously.
I also ordered most expensive and high-lighted dish, their Argentinan Rib-eye steak. I requested "medium rare", but it csme medium.
The steak was rather dry and tough. Being very familiar with IS rib-eyes and the Spanish chuletón, this steak was certainly outclassed. It seems their cattle walked from Pampas, Argentina to here in Frankfurt.
