Clean, fast check-in, with glitches
While cleaning was spotless, check-in under 30 mins, transport from the airport quick. The self check-in did not work. I waited in line for a nice lady which was not paying attention to me (I told her the reservation name three times, while she was looking for passport name). Sport tv channels were not working. Internet was NOT working. I was asked to pay for the pick-up, although was advertised as included.

The hotel was clean and modern. the beds comfortable and access to gym and restaurant bar was nice. The one negative is that I filtered by hotels that offer breakfast and when I arrived, I was told I would have to pay extra for breakfast. Some staff were warmer than others at the desk.

Good property for one night stay to catch early morning flights. Bathrooms are very small. Important thing : you cannot catch uber from this hotel, you will have to rely on taxis which are outside the hotel. Hotel advises airport drop but that’s only for terminal 1. For other terminals you will have to use taxis or go to terminal one then catch bus.

Super friendly check in with Imán. Good shuttle to hotel just under 7 minutes from the airport. Early breakfast or to go from 4:15 a.m. Room had 3 comfy beds and comforters for us with hot water shower. We had dinner at their restaurant. Burgers also available at the bar.

You have to pay 25 euros to keep a car at the hotel. Hotel is not close to anything. There is a bus outside the hotel to take you places. The front desk staff ignored us when we arrived. The lady with glasses, might be the manager was very rude. Breakfast was ok. When we tried to check in at 1400 they told us we couldn’t check in because the room was not ready. When 1500 came and we finally were able to check in…. We got to our room and the shampoo and lotion tubes were empty. The dinner buffet was ok, not great.
