A cold shower shy of excellent.

New property with all the necessary amenities. Very clean room and great customer service from the front desk attendants. Wifi was good and breakfast was a good offering typical of European hotel breakfast options. My only issue was that the water for the shower was rather cold and it took a very long time to get warm. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Stay in Frankfurt.

The clerk at check-in was excellent. It was great to be met with a genuine smile and presence upon arrival. Shout out to Kelly. My room was spotless and kept that way during my 3 night stay.

New and well located

The hotel is new and very clean, and the bedroom is also really comfortable. The location is excellent, close to Frankfurt Messe and only a few minutes away, by public transportation, from the train station. The manager, Tarandeep, was extremely attentive and kind, and made sure I had a more than perfect stay there.

Great value-for-money!

We were told they were just newly opened 3 months ago. Room is clean and the included breakfast is decent. Location is right opposite Messe and you can reach the city in less than 5 min via tram at the tram stop right outside the hotel. Parking was a bit tricky to locate and the entrance to it is curved and narrow.

I liked the location. I didn't like the hair on my bed when i checked in. I didn't like the fire alarm going off 3 times in 1 day because guest smoked in the room. It resulted in 2 evacuations of the premises. In Germany all the housekeeping staff smell quite badly. Please provide these individuals with deodorant prior to work. Other than its not bad place to stay.

Really cold in the room

The service is great, however it was really cold in the room. We tried to turn off the AC and turn on the hot heat and nothing helped. The breakfast is very simple. I think that there were few amenities missing because they just opened a month ago, so I hope they will improve.

Property is clean and the facilities were very new. Location is perfect, close to the convention hall and lots of outside amenities available. Steps away from restaurants. Breakfast Was limited. Put the staff was very accommodating.
