Hotel is in a great area, close to public transport, great shopping and dining options at every price point. Room was small but well appointed and comfortable. Check in and check out process was super convenient, staff was helpful and friendly. The Marshall speaker in the room was a nice touch! Overall a really lovely experience!

Very good location walkable to Christmas market. All luxury brand stores are step away. We love our room tall ceiling with a lot of space, nicest rain shower by far. You should know pretty much self check in and check out. Nice bar decor. Craft drink was delicious. Service are average at the bar.

I had a great stay while I was in Frankfurt. Very clean and quaint room for me as a solo traveler. Great location near shopping and the Christmas markets. Interesting check-in process with no front desk. But would've been no problem if I hadn't just travelled for 24 hrs to get there! Ha. But everything was great and would recommend to stay here!

Super hotel
Arrived at 7:00 am and was able to checkin to a different room for 10 euros! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bar is really nice. The rooms are cute with the best shower ever! Great location -close to Christmas markets and shopping mall! Easy to get to from airport by train too!

NYC bar vibe
This hotel is a whole vibe. Check in is at the bar. Super cool rock star decor. Like a Manhattan loft turned into a hotel. Excellent location right in fancy town shopping area. We were there for christmas markets which were right nearby. One thing that I didn't realize are the stage beds. You walk up a few stairs and the bed is flush with the floor. It's sunken down. So we crawled into it. And crawled out of it and down the stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Breakfast was so expensive that we skipped that and grabbed what we wanted nearby (and at markets). They held our luggage on both arrival day and check out day which was great.

My go to hotel in Frankfurt, I get not everyone's cup of tea, but it is exactly like you see on the pictures. Well located for exploring the City, If arriving by train from the airport or main train station get off at Hauptwache stop and exit towards the end of the train you have just got off, the station before on the map may look nearer but it isn't. Reception is on the sixth floor, you need a card to access the other floors. Dedicated check in staff would be nicer rather than having to disturb someone from the bar is my only criticism. The shower is great and lovely smelling soap and shower gel, comfy bed and warm duvet

These are the coolest hotels ever. I’m always happy when there’s one where I’m going. You should know, though there are no closets or adequate drawers. Just a few hooks on the wall so if it’s a long-term stay, you might want to rethink it.

Would not stay.
The oddest stay ever. The bed was built into the floor - LEVEL WITH THE FLOOR - we are 50!!! We had to literally crawl out of bed ever morning and night. The room was so tiny (even tinier than European tiny) - it was for 1 person, not 2! If we would have been staying longer than 2 nights - we would have left. The desk/bar/check-in folks were not friendly, especially the blonde lady. Not pleasant.

As a solo traveller this was the perfect hotel to stay. The neighborhood is very safe and upscale with so many options for food and entertainment close by. The hotel bar has a great atmosphere for meeting people and the drinks are great! I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are. The rooms are great. Loved the rain head shower! I would recommend Ruby to anyone going to Frankfurt
