Damp and Musty
The room was musty and the air kept cutting off. Inside the door we enter, the carpet was extremely damp. There was a crack around the toilet and water all over bathroom floor when we walk in. We used towels to keep our feet and socks drive. Young lady helping with breakfast was friendly. I don’t plan to stay at this location in the furture.

The photos of the updates are of course more convincing than the room. That being said, it was a price matching room and did reflect the general upgrades. Bathroom was sub par, overall clean but grime in the cracks of the shower and the shower head pipe cap was off the wall and revealed the hole. Not anything to write home about. Could be better reflected at a price of 90-95 than 100 per night

Check in was efficient with couple of hours of prior booking via hotels.com The key given for room apparently did not have bed made up and both doors kesy on desk and not ready for next guest. Returned to front desk expressing room was not ready for new guest, therefore a new room was given and water. But overall experience in hotel was good with good breatfast

I have stayed at this location previously. It is convenient to I-270 and I-70. A mall is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I checked in around 9:00 p.m. and left the next morning before breakfast was served.

Overall it's fine for a quick stay for the out of town tournament. The facility is a bit dated and the shower in the bathroom can be improved for the experience. The breakfast is ok, not a lot of options.

The bathroom floor had visible dirt, There was visible dust on the lamps. My room had a loud constant buzzing. Had powdered scrambled eggs instead of real eggs.

The property is need of a serious remodel. Outdated and poor conditions of room and bathroom. Also didn't like that the property is independently owned. Which would explain the condition of the hotel.

Clerk only employed for a week but had no ideas where the closest entrance was to our room on 2nd floor. My husband is disabled. We walked to the end per her instruction and there was.no elevator there. We had to walk all the way.back to front door to get elevator.
