Our room was very clean and was spacious. The employees were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in the breakfast buffet though. It had said there would be biscuits and gravy and there was not. We also had read there would be a berry medley for on the yogurt and there was none. No bananas either.
Customer service was good. Appreciated the texting feature. Pool area wasnt the cleanest. Rooms were clean and i was very glsd our room didnt smell like pets or pet cleaners that mask pet smells!
Staff was great and the room was excellent! Great experience overall! Thank you

The staff here were terrific. They stated it’s only 2 years old. The beds are subpar however. Just like the ones at a Home2 we strayed at a couple of weeks ago. They apparently need a new supplier. This is located in the middle of a bunch of strip malls and parking lots-confusing to find initially. They really should consider better signage along the roads
The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool and gym were also very good. My room was clean, I'll definitely stay here whenever I have work trips.
I reserved the hotel for my visit and after a tornado alert I traveled to my destination. When I finally areived to the hotel property to check in we were provided a room which was currently occupied. The front desk representative went to verify the room and saw the room had already been taken. My credit card has been charged for the entire reservation and I never canceled. The front desk representative stated the hotel was booked, therefore she could not offer me another room for my husband and I to stay. My question is if a room is reserved, and paid for, why would the hotel give the room to another party. Is it common in the hotel industry to double book a room? I have paid for an accommodation and was not able to stay in it. Is this the customer service I deserve from this hotel or using Hotels.com?
The beds are very comfy & having the mini kitchen in the room is great. Very convenient to restaurants & some stores. What I did not like was have the family with small child(red) above me who ran back & forth or jumped off the bed from the time I arrived till I left (other than sleeping time).
