At the moment I don’t have much to say that I liked. The lady at the desk was nice. The room was dirty, the jets in the tub didn’t all work we had our time interrupted. We are both frustrated and won’t be going back to that hotel

First room we got, it looked nasty. Went back to the reception and ask for another room, nothing even close to what's on the internet. They gave us another room that was better but still in needs of some upgrade. The tv,fridge and table lamp wasn't working, ended up finding the problem, bad outlet in the wall. It looks like it could use a major clean up and upgrade. Personally, we will not be going back to that place.

It was nice but a bit noisy, could here kids running upstairs and couldn't use the pool or spa the saturday evening, too many people using it, looked like a party in the pool section.

Mediocre stay.
The room was fine, if not a bit warm when we arrived. The bathroom was dirty, and there were live bugs on the spare roll of toilet paper.

There was been ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS STAY. The stinch the hit directly face upon entering in our first room is absolutely disgusting including the smell of the pillows and mattress which is where the stinch originated from. When I phoned down to front desk and explained our situation, he came up to our room with a bottle of febreez to spray when I stated that would not suffice, he left and came back with another set of room cards and moved us two rooms down. Upon entering our new room, there was q over powering smell of febreez. TheTV in our second room has no volume. The beds are as stiff as a board. The amount of mold throughout this building is sickness especially in the pool area. I will never EVER stay here again or recommend that anyone waste their money at this place.
