When we arrived there were no other people in this hotel. Which was strange because it’s school vacation and we had just come from another hotel which had people and kids everywhere. Dirty towels were up against all the outside doors. We waited a good 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged at the front desk as the employees were off somewhere else in the hotel. When we got to our room, we opened up the trundle bed and there were stains on the mattress and then a mouse jumped out. We all screamed and got the heck out of there! I would never expect this from a Spring Hill suites! Usually a trusted name.

Great hotel! The pool was small but enjoyable; fitness center was excellent. Breakfast food was great but just not available in quantity at all times due to lack of staff. And the staff was friendly n helpful.

Hotel is clean mostly quiet and has been updated. Bed was way too soft and heat took awhile to warm the room. Really doesn’t give you the Marriot feel. But safe and clean.

I stayed here with my kids so we could use the pool and celebrate new years eve. I love that they offer a decent breakfast included in the price of the room. Our stay was great, the hotel is very clean, beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future, and recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed. There was road noise as it is just off the highway but didn’t impact us too much. The breakfast was excellent, blueberry compote for the waffles! Would highly recommend to future travellers.

This property was amazing! Very clean and excellent staff. My only critique is that breakfast should get checked and refilled for the late risers. The hot breakfast was almost gone by the time we got to it. Other than that the choices were very good. Very clean and modern rooms. Loved it!

We would have liked to use the indoor pool but it was out of order for our week long stay. Other than that, it is an excellent, safe, clean and great property. We will be back. It is our go to when we come into town for family visits.
