It’s a beautiful newer hotel. Rooms are spacious and shower/bathroom is really nice. You can walk to restaurants and great breakfast at Kaiser down the street. They also have a nice little bar with great drinks

I stayed for a night and I was looking for a room close to city center and well connected to public transport. I booked this hotel. I found it be way beyond my expectations. Room was amazing. Very spacious, modern and comfortable. Hotel lobby and bar was also good. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Super nice hotel. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Nice bathroom. The bar is nice and the staff is friendly. You can walk to restaurants and breakfast at Kaiser or still and Brot. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

It’s a beautiful new and clean hotel. The area is more residential but you can find nearby restaurants and an excellent Bakery named Till &Btot. Supermarktet is also in walking distance. They have a bar at the hotel also. I would definitely stay there again

Quiet, clean and pleasant hotel
Stayed for 2 nights in Sep 2023. Clean and quiet hotel, a little out of the old town area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Patricia who gave good recommendations and tips on bike touring route from Freiburg to Lake Titisee. Could get the advice and details from anyone else in Freiburg.

The reception on arrival was awful. One very unfriendly, bordering on rude receptionist. One very good one who took over. We were Unable to get a drink at 4pm after a very long hot drive as we were told (very rudely by the surly receptionist )that the bar was closed until 5pm. The Hotel and room itself were clean and comfortable. The Receptionist needs training in manners and how to deal with the public, an essential quality in the hotel business one would think!

This place is a gem. Yes it’s a little out of the old town - it’s about a 10min tram ride once you get to the stop, which is a three min walk away - but it’s wonderfully comfortable and the staff are lovely. Particular highlights: *super comfy bed, lovely hot shower, generally clean and bright room. *The reception staff, who are super helpful and friendly. *The lady running the breakfast room, who is very cheery and generally lovely. In practical terms there’s a good Asian restaurant and a big supermarket next door, plus a pizza restaurant and a traditional German restaurant two minutes away, so if you’re just looking for somewhere to stop while driving through the region this is also a great choice, even if you don’t want to explore the rest of town. Overall I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a wonderful place to stay and for the price an absolute bargain.
