When we got there, the man working the reception desk asked for my credit card stating that he thinks they need a card for incidentals. He then gave us a smoking room when I had requested non-smoking. After five minutes or so, we got another room. The next morning, I had found that the hotel had also charged my card for the night in addition to my charge from Hotels.com. I was told that I had to call when the manager was on duty. When I called, the assistant manager Melissa was extremely sweet and apologetic about it and said that the guy would receive additional training. My account was credited a few days later. The hotel was good, but I wish the error would have been settled quicker.
