The hotel didn’t inform us that the property had no functioning hot water until we were checking in. Advanced notice would have been appreciated to give us a chance to find somewhere else to stay. I paid $99 per room for 2 queen beds for 4 people but were given full size beds. The sheets had crumbs and debris. Overall just disappointing. Very friendly staff though.

I first was thinking I made a great choice. But I went in to purchased room the floor was not clean looked very dirty with crumbs and buildup lint or paper lint. The shower didn’t look cleaned thoroughly. Pillow cases look put together very lumpy not a quality pillow not even standard. I then went to bed sheet found human hair ok one it it’s okay but I found multiple hair and not just human head hair very unsanitary. If I could I will like my money back.

My had room 209. Both cards to my room didn’t work. I had to go back to the lobby for the front desk to redo my cards. The next day, it took 3 tries for both cards to work again. It’s either faulty cards or faulty door lock. My cards did not work to get into the lobby. A guest had to open the door for me. You can see a gap on the door so outside noise was loud. The Heater/AC did not work. Tried multiple times, but nothing. The light switch in between beds were broken. Bathroom smells of strong bleach. The floor still had some trash from previous guests that the cleaner missed. It said breakfast starts at 6:30am. I went at 6:40am and there was no breakfast at all. Waited until 7:10am until the lady set up breakfast. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom sink only had cold water. The water and the toilet was turned off because the toilet runs. The water in the shower was all hot for a second then I'll cold then all hot then I'll cold. Making it impossible to get a reasonable shower. The mattress was old and soft.

The front desk was polite and efficient. I didn't so much care for the false fire alarm at 2:50 am. Also the facility is old and need of upgrades. The hot water was warm, and only momentarily hot. The bed needs a new mattress, it felt like a marshmallow. Haven't tried the breakfast yet.

Would never recommend.
TV didn’t work (wanted to move us late at night after my special needs child was already asleep after we had driven 24 hrs straight 1600 miles), two lamps didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work (was 40 degrees next morning)outlets kept nearly frying our phones so we couldn’t charge them, and I requested a first level or handicap room at booking (I have MS, son has severe autism/host of medical issues) and we got a 3rd floor room and elevator broke so we had to walk our luggage and everything down “slick” stairs. The motel 6 I have stayed at last minute there was far nicer and friendlier and cleaner (floors here were damp, horribly stained). Just overall awful, oh, but the refunded one night per “their rules.” Pretty sure ADA laws would say otherwise. Disputing it with my bank. Each day it was something and just got worse over the 3 days we stayed. If it wasn’t so hard to move a special needs kid/our luggage down three flights I would have checked out sooner. Didn’t dream it would just go from bad to worse to impossible. Pics of floor of our room when we walked in.
