Nice little accommodations for a couple nights stay. Safe neighborhood and the property owner was nice and kept me informed about all aspects of my stay. Great value and room for the price. Good for one or two people.

The only reason I rented the room was because it's show that it has a hot tub, pool, and bathtub. It doesn't have any of that. I went back home and didn't even stay. I was completely disappointed by major false advertisements.
