The day time service representative "Jose" seen us coming in thru the doors from outside or coming down the hall, he was always attentive to our presence and made sure our accommodations were being met! Impeccable service!!

Assistance with an emergency- Very accomodating
I was injured off-site and was afraid I would miss the checkout time. I called staff and expalined my situation. They were very helpful and reassured em we could work things out. After my ER visit, I was able to get cleaned up and packed. Staff helped me move things to my car, and did what he could to assist me. I was very appreciative of the help. I would not wish my experience on anyone, but I can tell you that the assistance at the hotel was one less thing for me to worry about.

This was a decent place to stay in a very convenient location. However, the room was a bit dusty and the floor was dirty. It would seem like it could use a sweep & a good mop. The staff was awesome. Again it's in a prime location with shopping & food all around.

The swimming pool needed to be cleaned. There was a moderate mess of leaves in it and in the sauna. I wished the breakfast items weren't only yogurt, fruit, waffles, and 2 cereals to choose from. The juice machine was out of order. I missed the options of scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. It probably because of IHOP merely sharing the same parking lot being the reason the breakfast items aren't as diversified. Anyway, it was a wonderful stay.

There were people partying on the balcony drinking and being loud late at night. There were a few cars with people just parked on the property that looked pretty shady. The room rt next to ours had no door knob but a chain with a pad lock keeping it closed. The hotel had numerous drunk people wondering around also. I had booked for 2 nights i didnt even want to stay the 1 night because it felt unsafe smelled like urine and cigarettes in the room and was loud with drunk people. I tried to cancel for the 2nd night but couldnt get ahold of anyone and when we finally did they denied a refund for the 2nd night even tho i tried to cancel at time of check in the 1st night. So we didnt stay the 2nd night and lost out on the money. Also there was a dead rat in the pool. I would not reccomend this hotel.
