BED BUGS! ROACHES! DO NOT STAY HERE
BED BUGS, BES BUGS, BED BUGS! The app did not allow me to upload my photos and videos. The management will give you a hard time if you demand a refund! Do not stay here for your health and sanity! As soon as we checked into our room there were 1. No electricity. We had to talk to the person who checked us in to turn them on. As soom as he left and we went back inside our room we saw 2. SEVERAL cockroaches. This should have been the sign for us to leave but it was super late at night and we only needed to stay for a night and be gone early morning. So we washed up and slept. 3 hours later my partner woke up from bite...3. FROM A HORDE OF BED BUGS. It is now 2am. We packed up everything told the manager about the issue, WHO dismissed the fact they have an infestation and did nothing about it. I requested to move to a different floor and room. The rest of the night was us getting rid of the bugs from our clothes and belongings, sealing them in a garbage bag and tossing them out. Changing to fresh clothes and booking a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to risk bringing bed bugs and pests back home! Along with possibly needed to hire pest control to get rid of any hitchhiking bed bugs that you may have brought home.

Tried 2 rooms both roach infested covered in graffiti no TV dirty no working toilets this place is definitely a health hazard and not habitable wish I just stayed in my truck or booked elsewhere this location needs a renovation and health inspection I want a refund if not bare minimum get this hotel up to speed

Well first thing is that the facility is not Fresno inn it's vagabond inn ! Unsafe and dirty! Electric plug at sink was attached by 1 screw . Plus black mold was overwhelmingly present in restroom ceiling,along with a huge hole! Curtains had many holes which tape was in place over them ! And most of all 3 men were looking through my curtains! I felt uncomfortable and didn't feel safe staying the night. Total of 3 hours on the property! Dirty towels and bedding also! Worst room I have been in my life!! Asked for refund and they clearly told me that it's non-refundable, just like website says! But I reminded them that those pictures advertised are fake and this isn't what I thought I was paying for! Sorry for even using the website because of my experience! I didn't save Any money! Spent more!! Had to get myself another room! Just to get a shower and 4 hrs of sleep! Upset!! Not happy about the fact that I was ripped off and ignored by the staff ! I would be careful letting this company advertise on your website!! Because trust me! They are clearly aware of what they are doing!!

Horrible, I didn’t even stay here once I saw the conditions. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere in the room as well as no lights worked. Hotel is not called Fresno Inn it has a different name and homeless people live there and all over the hotel. I asked for a refund and it was not given to me either and I didn’t even stay at the hotel.

I wish I had taken pictures. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and the condition was unlivable. I had to ask for a refund and find other accommodations. The window had a huge hole in it. There were CoCKROACHES everywhere, the pool was green, staff was seedy, I witnessed multiple illegal activities on the way to my room. Dangerous and very very dirty. Absolutely unacceptable.

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!! If you value your safety and your health, this is not the place for you. I cannot believe that this place is allowed to be in business. The rooms are beyond filthy and in desperate need of repairs. The staff working that night could not find a room for my stay and told me I could get a refund. So I’m the middle of the night I had to find another place to stay. Contacted Expedia for a refund and they said they are not able to get this sorry excuse for a motel to give the green light for the refund. They are scammers! They get to keep my money for giving me grief and causing huge inconvenience. I had to borrow money to pay for another place to stay! Expedia and all the other platforms got to be ashamed for allowing this place to be an option! Disgusting! I also have a video of the room, there was a filthy rag on the floor by the door and hair that looked like it was plucked from the drain and smeared on the floor. Walls look like they had been urinated in and never cleaned, dirty bedsheets, and I don’t know how anyone would use the bathroom or take a shower on the filthy bathtub. Even the staff working that night said it wasn’t safe. Then they tried to move to another room that had no electricity, the third room had no AC and smelled like the walls were oozing cigarette and other unimaginable disgusting rotten and sweaty pigsty! Please save yourselves the grief!
