Snowcrest Disappointment
We overall enjoyed our stay. The location is great. We were able to walk to restaurants, bike rentals, walking trails. Unfortunately the place is in need of TLC. Many things are broken (kitchen drawer, furniture, outdoor table...). The price reflects the condition of the place so you get what you pay for...

Good location but dated inside
This property is in an excellent area, close to multiple ski resorts and short walk to downtown Frisco where there are great bars and restaurants. The property was clean and had a decent amount of supplies for our stay (paper towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner/body wash). The only reason it is not a 5 star review is that the furniture/appliances/fixtures were extremely dated and looked as though they were picked up at random yard sales or estate sales. The linens were clean and fresh but also old and had some light staining. I would expect better furnishings for a rental which brings 20k a month in the winter. Seems like a quick trip to IKEA could fix this.

Great Location
Great location near downtown, plenty of linens, good layout, comfortable beds, plenty of parking (one stall garage, driveway, general parking lot). Entire place needs updating.

Great location, close to town
The place was fine overall. We had an issue with the lock box when we arrived, but someone showed up fairly quickly to fix it. Garbage disposal had an issue. We think someone came to service it, but we never saw them or heard from them. Bedding was kind of dingey, but the place was comfortable and well-located.

Great
We enjoyed our stay. The tennis courts right outside were great for getting kids out of the house and off their electronics. We forgot our tennis rackets but there are some (old) rackets available which was great. FYI-2 of the "sleeps" are in a fold out couch in the family room. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows, we had 2 people sleep on the floor as we had 2 families but didn't want kids from different families sleeping in the same room due to COVID. If the owners ever replace the family room furniture, I would recommend more seating. A couch and chair doesn't match up well with sleeps 9. Loved the back deck.

Beautiful Fall colors!
The property was conveniently located for us to travel easily between Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail. We arrived in time to see the beautiful Fall colors. The property was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet.

Nice place
We had a really good time. The 3 bedrooms were great and we enjoyed the tennis courts. It is a bit far from town but it was as advertised. For us, that was fine but if someone wants to walk to town they should look closer. We would definitely book again.

Weeds in front yard
The tall weeds in the front yard made the place look unkempt. We know that this may be normal for this area, but as travelers it was a bit off-putting.

Comfortable stay.
The property was clean and comfortable as advertised. We (7 family members) had a great week of skiing both Breckenridge and Keystone and fully utilized the kitchen for all of our meals. Improvement suggestions: The dining chairs are woobly (fingers pinched), the dining table is awkward for the chairs, and the master bathroom sink fixtures need tightening. I was confused/annoyed to find the property using VRBO and subsequently receiving communications from VRBO, Vacasa, and Homeaway?

Frisco vacation
The property location was great - a medium size walking distance to Main Street, yet very quiet and woodsy. Tennis court in backyard - great to teach grandkids to play and occupy their time. Condo was well equipped with kitchen and bath essentials. Kitchen appliances have been upgraded and were great. Only downside was 1970's vintage mediterranean-style dining table. Not comfortable. This would normally be the family gathering place for activities, eating, etc. This definitely needs to be replaced. Bedrooms were comfortable, mattresses were fine. Inexpensive upgrades for queen B/R bedspread (clean but ironing marks ?? look like "something else") and $50 plastic chair replacements for deck furniture would definitely enhance the property. Master B/R TV service had occasional issues - but not the L/R TV service. L/R was very comfortable -furniture was fine. No problems during stay and would recommend property.
