Rustic (homemaid) cabin
Really appreciate the historic/family roots of the property however, would not stay again. Cabin was dated, infested with bugs, loft was an inferno and all smelled stale/moldy. Clearly a better stay in the winter for access to mountains.

Peaceful moi rain getaway
This is a cute, comfortable A-frame cabin. There is a 3 sided wrap around deck with beautiful mountain view’s from all sides! Taking in luggage is easy for the downstairs bedrooms. There are outside stairs to the main level, as well as interior ones. We did not use the loft area, but it was warm during the day when it was warm outside. It was a great private area, with neighbors, but separated by trees. The location is great for visiting many areas! We would highly recommend this cabin and hope to return!

Nice & Relaxing
The only issue we had was the furnace and it was fixed/replaced the next afternoon of our second day if I remember correctly. We just went on a long drive that day while they fixed it and the rest of our stay was great. The hot tub was great, the location was perfect, close to houses but so remote at the same time. We recommend this property and we would definitely book again. Thanks!

A true ‘cabin in the woods’
We had a lovely stay in Frisco! We were here for two weeks and very much enjoyed the location, views from all sides of the house and the privacy. The home was as described. My husband and I were there for two weeks using it as a base and working from home when needed. We had family join us for five days and thus used both bedrooms and the loft. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade, and the dishwasher did not work but otherwise, it met our needs. Nothing fancy, but you can tell the home has many fond memories.

Oasis in the mountains
Our stay at the mountain cabin was perfect! The location is close to town and yet secluded on a little back road. You have surrounding views of the mountains, which you can enjoy from the wrap around porch or from the hot tub! The house itself is very homey, making you feel comfortable and cozy. Thanks!

Great location and views!
The views were excellent! Charming house with Mountain view’s from every room upstairs as well as from the deck and hot tub. We loved the location, cozy & semi private neighborhood but still close to town. We were also able to hop on hiking/bike trails right from the house. The house & property itself however was in need of a good cleaning - trash in the yard, cobwebs in every room, and a musty smell throughout. It’s a mountain house so some goes with the territory but at the price of cleaning fees I was very disappointed.

Amazing location! We will stay here again!!!
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cabin and can’t wait to return! The cabin was wonderful! The master bed was comfortable, the front porch was incredibly welcoming, and the trails right outside opened our hearts and filled our souls! We found the big couch facing the kitchen so we turned it around and faced it towards the fireplace and outstanding views of Peak 1.... slightly more breathtaking than the kitchen. ;) Also picked up a lot of cans and items scattered around the property... likely unseen before the snow melted during our visit. The only trouble we had was accessing the door code, WiFi info, and the thermostat. I printed out every document prior to arrival and these 3 items were not mentioned in any of my documents. We had to call the property manager for assistance, who mentioned; “it’s in the paperwork” (but it wasn’t). We felt so blessed to have the opportunity to experience living in this darling cabin, we will be back!

Cabin in the Woods
The house was enjoyable. I wish the local sales tax was included in the final price not after paying for the place. Receiving an email with additional charges after is not needed. The pictures for the inside were a little misleading size wise, all rooms were smaller than advertised. Pots and Pans also need to be replaced, they were very used (one didnt have a handle). The view and hot tub was amazing.

Perfect location for us
We used the house as a home base and drove to different locations to play. 30min to Leadville, 1.5h to Rocky Mountain Park. We stayed at the end of June and had snow two days! Frisco is a great town. Nice downtown area, feels like a small town but has the amenities and stores of a large one. The neighborhood was quiet and we barely saw other people.

Perfect location and amazing views!
Check in was seamless. The cabin is in a cute little neighborhood, in a perfect location - about 5 minutes from downtown Frisco and 15 minutes from Breckenridge. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and exploring the area! There were some beer cans and a dirty glass laying outside but aside from that, the yard and cabin were very clean. We cannot wait for our next visit!!

Super Location - The best of Frisco is within minutes, or walk right onto trails !
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at cabin in the woods. This is about as secluded as it will get in Frisco. Plenty of room between properties, awesome views and a fantastic hot tub that was always welcome after a day of hiking. Speaking of hiking, you can walk to some great trail heads right from the property. ( Rainbow lake, Masontown/Mt Royal, Miller creek and Peaks trail to name a few)The paved Rec Path connects Copper,Breck and Frisco and is 100 yards from the front door! The cabin itself is charming. Both lower level bedrooms are cozy enough and there is a full bath and laundry on the lower level ( it is a walk out) - The second Bath is just up the stairs on the main level and this way each bedroom was able to have its "own" bath which is a nice touch. Plenty of cookware, extra blankets, games and a desk area w a small library were appreciated. There is a third level loft w extra beds and blankets also. The property managers/owners are very responsive and available should you have any issues. The cabin is located in such a great spot- you can be on main street Frisco in 5 minutes and in Breckenridge in 10, Copper in 15 ! Plenty of great eateries nearby, Eric's in Breckenridge is a great spot and if you want to cook at the cabin ( we did several nights) there is a safeway about 8 minutes away. The unit was very clean and the pride of ownership is obvious. We are already planning on an August 2019 visit. Book this one with confidence - it was a fun stay!
