Great hotel we had a lovely roon with a balcony. Although it overlooked the driveway it was pretty quiet. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Walked to restaurant onsite for a meal, service a bit slow but it was busy. Would go again and recommend.

The bed was a bit tired in room 8 but we understand that the facility is under refurbishment, so I am sure that the bed will be replaced in time. However, on the positive side, the Hotel and site is very clean and tidy, and felt safe. The staff are the real asset. Everyone we met were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

The hotel was very good ,and the girl on the desk was nice However the young bar man complely ignored me. When ask about the pool table not working. He never came back to me. He just hid up behind the bar I guess he on the minimum wage and couldn't be bothered.. But otherwise all was fine.

Slight issue with the bedlinen being stained and waiting an hour at night for somebody to come and sort it for us. Not good with a tired 6 year old. Saying that staff and facilities were lovely. Food was good too.

Loved the position of the Boston West Hotel. It was situated within easy reach of a lot of Lincolnshire attractions. Our room faced the golf course and was quiet. We could sit on the balcony and watch the local wildlife - and golfers of course!

Good and Bad
Overall stay was very enjoyable, room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was ideal in a tranquil location. The lady on reception was very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful and was a credit to the Resort. The bar/restaurant was a different story it was staffed by young people (not that i have anything against that) but they weren't attentive! We had a couple of drinks from the bar and then decided after a 7 hour drive to eat in at the Restaurant, very bad experience firstly i asked what the soup of the day was, on checking was advised there wasn't one and they very rarely had one! There was an offer posted on the inside door of the gents cubicles advertising a free pint (attached) if you ordered a burger so went for that only to be told that offer had finished months ago so question why the poster hadn't been removed! This spolit our evening and decided to walk the 5 minutes to the Wheatsheaf Inn pub and restaurant not only were the price of the drinks cheaper, but the ambiance and quality of the food was exceptional. We were going to have breakfast on our last day before departing but our experience last night put us off! I would definitely visit again, but would give the bar/restaurant a wide berth.

Room was really good basic but that’s all we needed for the night only bad point it was really warm in the room and uncomfortable to get to sleep and stayed warm all night window didn’t open much to try and get some cold air in

I was told that there would be a king sized bed and a single. However the “king sized” bed was two single beds put together, it was very uncomfortable and hard. I am somebody who suffers from back problems and the bed made things worse. There was no one around to help when needed, limited items were given. Restaurant didn’t provide menus at tables, and no times were given for dining times.
