It was a lovely stay, staff were really friendly, the rooms were lovely. Only complaint I'd have is when we went to shower the water wasn't hot at all, it was barely warm, this could have been because we showered late in the evening but apart from this this place was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was really yummy and a super quick service.

A lovely stay
A lovely stay. The room was beautifully done, very clean and loved the small touches such as the little bottles of milk and orange juice, alongside some handmade biscuits! Staff were so lovely! We had our evening meal at the pub and that was really yummy and couldnt fault it! Will be coming back!

We had a lovely stay. The staff were extremely helpful when we arrived later than planned. And made us a packed lynch when we needed to leave before breakfast was served which was much appreciated. The room was lovely. Oniy wish we had longer there.

Great village pub stay in rural Somerset.
A great stay at a lovely pub in a pretty village. Rich and the team made us very welcome. The rooms are spotless and comfortable with lovely extras touches such as fresh milk and juice in the fridge. The pub serves good food - both for the hearty breakfasts and for evening meals. There is a wide selection and good use of fresh local produce. If the weather permits, the outside space is lovely; lots of seating options in a large, pretty garden which also produces some of the veg for dinner. Definitely worth a visit as a pub and for an excellent stay.

What a gem ! Unfortunately I was only staying for one night. Will definitely return for please trip rather than business. Immaculate room (No5) with everything I needed. Bed was really comfortable and I had a great sleep. Food in the evening was great and in the morning they were kind enough to make a take away breakfast bap as I had to leave early. 10/10.
