The facilities at this hotel were excellent, I was travelling for a month stopping place by place so it was a perfect spot to just unwind and relax and take advantage of the beautiful hotel room and onsen, pool, & sauna.

Loved it!
Great location, very clean, great service from the staff, had late check out because of Gold membership and complimentary snack and drinks. Welcome wine provided at the lobby. Room a tiny bit small, but we had an excellent stay overall.

Good location and great staff. Decent sized rooms. Only downsides are there is no individual Air Con in the rooms, so it gets very stuffy unless you open the window and listen to cars racing all night. Also no filtered tap water or bottles

Great location in Fukuoka! Walkable to lots of attractions and transit. Lots of places nearby to eat (shin shin & mos burger). Staff was friendly and check in was a breeze! Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone visiting Fukuoka :)
