The hotel staffs were really nice and attentive. We traveled with 2 adults 2 eleven yrs old. Bed was a bit small but we made it work. Room was clean. It was in a great location and would highly recommend it to everyone. It was close to shopping, subways, and great local restaurants down the street. There is no laundry or microwave at this hotel. But laundromat is only a 5 mins walk away. Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean (and spacious!). It is close to the train station, and the neighborhood is very lively. Two issues that I think would help the hotel to improve: 1. The wifi didn't work well, even after the staff brought another device specifically for our room. 2. They charged me extra for the room phone, even if I just dialed the front desk to ask for the wifi issue.

The room is a comfortable size but the amenities are outdated, the room has a smell. Air con though put on lowest temperature and highest fan, still not cold. Found hair that was not mine (different colour and length) on the bath tub. Cup filled with tea from morning not washed. Pillow too low (had to use three pillows) and mattress not comfortable.

Glad that we decided to stay in this hotel. Though the hotel is abit dated, the beds are comfy and hotel is overall clean. Very near to 2 or 3 stations to travel around. There is a bus stop beside the hotel too. There's a 7-11, family mart and super market within 5mins walk fr hotel.

Well kept, efficient front desk check in, 1-2 min from watanabe dori station, 3 min walk to sunny supermarket, <10 min walk to nearby eateries. However, some of the furniture are quite old, and the hotel is pretty pricey to be honest. I give it an overall 8/10, 2 points lacking due to old furniture and steep price.
