This hotel is very convenient. It is link to the airport link and shopping areas. One can access straight to the hotel without being outdoors from the train station. Shopping is plentiful and even taking shinkansen is easy from this hotel. The hotel is very clean with state of the art facilities including an indoor and outdoor onsen that is equipped with ample amenities. Comfortable bedding as well. Highly recommended.

I would like to see more table space and chairs (not just single sofa chairs). There are no wall or door hooks in the bathroom or toilet to hang coats etc temporarily. There is also no provision for hand soap in the toilet. These are seemingly minor inconveniences but can be frustrating when required. However I am over all happy with our four night stay.

Possibly the best hotel in Japan
Staff are attentive, enthusiastic and helpful. Staff speak good English and we felt they were kind and genuinely welcoming to foreigners. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Great attention to detail (even have stickers for guests to label trash items that do not fit into the bin). Fantastic location of course. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The location of the hotel is amazing with a underpass directly linking to JR station within 3mins walk. However, for the price of the hotel I expected better. Shower gels and shampoo are in small single-use packages and is replaced daily. However, previous day packages are not removed and looks like a mess. Hotel wifi is pretty subpar with overly restrictive settings making it impossible for me to connect for work. Overall, disappointed with the stay and will not return.

This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Fukuoka. It is across from the main Hakata train station, subway stations, and bus terminal connecting you to all of Fukuoka and the rest of Japan. Location is the best. The rooms were very large, beds were super comfortable, rooms were modern and very clean. The bath and the shower were flawless. Even better - they have a hot spring bath on the top floor for guest use. So you get both a city and hot spring experience at this hotel. After sightseeing, you can take a break to feel refreshed at this hotel. You will not want to leave.
