Personally this has been one of the best hotel I've stayed in so far in my japan travels the past 10 years. Absolutely amazing wifi, great amenities, comfortable room, great staff that is always ready to help out. Definitely will be back if I ever visited Kyushu again.

Nice hotel but let down by room temperature
Room design is good but no opening of window. Aircon can only be adjusted down to minimum 21 degree C only. It was a bit warm for us and we woke up midnight because of sweat, the blanket was thick and room was not cool enough.

This place was so plush, the breakfast buffet was really topnotch. The rooms were so nice also. I liked that there was a 7-11 across the street. This place was quiet and clean. Did not get a chance to explore the hotel and amenities but the rooms were comfy even though small. We Would come back!
