Stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. Room was very big, quiet, and included a washer/dryer. Self serve coffee was provided in the hotel reception area. Very convenient to restaurants, convenience stores, buses and trains. Great hotel!!!Highly recommend!!!

Great location - incredible amount of dining options in walking distance. Comfortable, clean. It's too bad that their check-in counter is on the second floor, so you'd have to wait for elevator with your luggage to check in, then wait for elevator again to go to room, but it's not really too big of a concern

It was a little run down compared to other hotels in Japan and was dark in the halls. It was nice however to have a washing machine in the room as this was near the end of our trip.

Everything was good except the WIFI. One of the reception ladies at night shift on 3/15 was not helpful, and rude. I asked her a few questions on restaurant reservation and she was unwilling to answer or talked bluntly and with a black face. Ever since the closing of ‘The B’ in Tenjin, I decided to try the Tokyu Stay because of its vicinity and this hotel has now become the main hotel because of its convenient location, the ample size of room and the quiet sleep that can be had on the rear side of the property.

The room is big, and cozy. We particularly like the restaurant for breakfast, it’s very good. We also went there for dinner. The food were excellent.
