My family and I stayed 3 nights for a trip to Disneyland. The hotel was very clean and we had no issues with our room. Check-in was super fast and the front desk was amazing. He gave us some tips for Disney and let us know about the shuttle. What really amazed us was the free breakfast. It started at 6am and had so many options to choose from. It made our mornings so much faster. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 10 nights due to business. The hot breakfast was good every morning, coffee was great. We especially liked the hot food and coffee available throughout the day. The bathtub did drain quite slowly but maintenance was quick to fix it. The area around the hotel had lots to eat and shops such as Ross and Marshall's, Target etc.

Parking was easy and no added fees. Room was clean and quiet. Great amenities in the room including sofa w/computer table, desk, tv, built in luggage stand in entertainment center and attached closet. Lots of convenient plugs including USB posts for phone charging. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and the girl at the front desk wouldn’t let me check in without my husband’s approval because the reservation was in his name (which was a mistake). She asked him (with me standing there) if it’s ok that I charge the room with my card, me the wife! Ridiculous! Lastly, they charged us $10 to check in early even though the room was already ready. We arrived at 2pm and check-in is officially 3pm. The hotel was conveniently located driving distance to Disneyland but we most likely won’t be staying there again.

This is a very family friendly hotel. The staff was nice. Their breakfast had many options. Overall our room was clean. The only negative thing is they only have 1 small elevator. So when’s it’s check out time it’s harder to catch it.

I had a nice trip and a nice stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and was kept clean, and the wifi worked well. The hotel is _very_ close to family for me, but depending on where one is going, a car might be necessary (parking is free and easy, happily). The property is basically next to the highway, so there's plenty of traffic noise outside, though the rooms are quite well insulated. The area itself is not the kind of area most folks would be comfortable walking around in at night — not actively unsafe, but not the best.

The hotel is nice but the room bathroom need it to be more clean. Feel like rush clean we saw some hair and the sink and dust on the bathroom sink splash back. The good think is they had big bottles of hands soap and body cream and shampoo that was nice to have. The breakfast was excellent many options for everyone we love it.

I loved everything about this hotel, from cleanliness, amenities, staff, free breakfast, location, and how spacious the room was. I was attending a wedding and brought flowers and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The moment I stepped into the room, it was so clean and bright! I would feel comfortable sleeping in the bathroom. There were desks, seats/chairs, outlets everywhere, sufficient lighting, clean sheets, large fridge, and microwave inside the room! I will definitely be back! I’ll even stay here if I go to Disneyland because they provide free parking and shuttle service to the park. Thank you again for the amazing stay!
