While the hotel itself was well kept and staff polite, the shower was very low pressure with barely warm water, no microwave in room, although there was a minifridge. Breakfast the next morning was quite average at best. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns before, such as Chicago, which was head and shoulders above this one. This hotel was good, just not as great as expected.

Too hot or too much Fragrance ?

This facility has seen many better days. The first room I was given had a defective heater/Air Con with the temp set at 72 but it was very warm and showed 82 degrees. The windows don't open and the internal phone system did not work so I went back to the check in counter, explained the situation and the front desk guy accomanied me back to the room and tried to resolve the issue. He failed to do so so I asked to be relocated in a differernt room. He agreed and within ten minutes I was in a different room. However the room strongly smelled of a laundry fragrance and it literally was a chocking scent. I slept very little and was pleased that I was only staying one night. It was not a good experience and certainly not restful.

Shower very slow to drain felt like was taking a bath and shower same time. Toilet after flush ran intil you jiggled handle.Heat also did not work thank hod was not freezing out just ran blowing out cold air so I unplugged it. Breakfast no variety ham eggs first day sausage eggs next everyone does not eat ham
