This nice apartment is located in Ajuda, one of the tourist / residential areas of Funchal. Close to the sea and promenade, this property is perfect for relaxing, after days of intense discovery of the charms of our island.

With two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and a living room with a nice decoration this property has a maximum capacity of four people.

From the living room or from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean blue.

The apartment is fully equipped with all facilities and has a free parking place.

Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this flat is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, with several internationally renowned brands and movie theatres.

You will also found in a walk distance plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in our delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine, In addition to the nearby options, you will find a greater variety of restaurants in the city centre, which can be reached within a few metres

Praia Formosa, a favourite for bathing and beaching on its black sand and pebble, is just two kilometres away.

GETTING AROUND
A aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within 2 minutes walk distance from the flat. Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
