The property is two minutes away from the shore and such natural rock pools and bays as «Poça do Gomes» and «Formosa Beach» and just minutes away from the «Forum Madeira» Shopping Mall and a number of fine famous restaurants such as «Marisqueira O’ Barqueiro» or «Real Canoa». «Madeira Magic Gym» gym, where you could subscribe both for long/short terms, is situated nearby.

The location of the property is further advantageous as it only takes you 20 to 30 minutes of pleasant walk to reach the city center either through the streets full of bars and restaurants or along the seafront with magnificent views.
