It is truly a hidden Oasis of a home that we would love to share with you and your small groups.
This home's entire property has it’s own private single slip dock with a deck upstairs for great lake viewing or sunbathing. The dock water depth depends on seasons and lake level. Check Lake Lanier lake levels before you bring your boats. Jet skis, pontoons, and boats with a depth of six feet (currently) at the dock and maximum 23' in length can be side tied to the dock.
Please be careful and act responsibility on our dock. Diving or jumping off the dock is forbidden due to water depth. We recommend water shoes if walking in the water due to potential debris. Dock is slippery when wet.
Public Boat Rentals available at multiple different public marinas within close range of this property for the purpose of renting a watercraft. Public Boat Ramps available nearby if you bring your own watercrafts.
Release of Liability will be required as well as your proof of active medical insurance.
This space is unique and quiet, directly on the lake.

GUEST ACCESS:
As a guest you will have access and privacy of the two separate living.
Any additional guests visiting the property must be made known to the property manager at the time of booking and no parties, no smoking and no pets are allowed. Maximum guests at the property at any one time will be 8.
Any events or special occasions that result in additional guests to the original booking guests must be planned in advance and fees required on a case by case basis from the property manager at the time of booking or prior to their stay.
OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER:
Come stay at our amazing lakefront compound. This property is a true lake fun property and designed for comfort, relaxation and enjoyment and is the end all and be all in private get away activities. Tennis Courts / Pickleball / Basketball, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Traeger Grill available with wood chips available for purchase, Large screen TVs and WIFI. Enjoy time out on the lake with access from our single-slip dock (only ONE boat parking space available which is a side tie to the dock).

NO parking in the garage (garage is locked and not accessible to guests), Guest parking is provided in driveway only. ***IMPORTANT...ONLY 4 VEHICLES MAX ALLOWED TO PARK ON PREMISES AND NO ON STREET PARKING!
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND - THE OWNER WILL ALLOW SMOKING ON THE BOAT DOCK ONLY!!!!
Please do not move furniture around it scratches our beautiful floors. Housekeeping is physically unable to move its furniture back and may result in a surcharge.
Please pickup after yourself and do not leave the house a mess. Remove all opened food and rubbage to outside trash bins to avoid surcharge from housekeeping.

You may still access the dock but please do so at your own risk as we are not responsible for any injuries that occur. We DO NOT offer any REFUNDS for this as we cannot control mother nature.***
***Security Camera Disclosure - This property is under surveillance of exterior security cameras; the main purpose being for the protection and security of its occupants. The owners reserve the right to access past video footage regarding incidents that may have violated the policies of the property.***
***DOCK WATER DEPTH - Due to fluctuating rainfalls throughout the year, we can only estimate water depths near our dock for guests to park their boats. They are NOT guarantees. Guests may park their boats at their own risk. We are not responsible for any damages that occur to boats that attempt to park at the dock, nor will we provide any type of refunds if a guest is not able to park their boat at the dock due to change in water level.***
