They don’t offer room service unless is a stay of 5 days or longer, the furniture is worn pit and damage, bathroom moldy, the beds are uncomfortable and so are the pillows, i will never stay in a red roof inn and highly discourage anyone from staying with them.

There were homeless people by the parking lot. The room was filthy. Bugs dead and alive all over. Will never stay there again! The property needs to be updated or debugged and super cleaned.

Gentleman at check in was very snarky and arrogant while checking in. Paid for premium but all you get is a box of goodies worth maybe $20 in snacks and a sticker on your door stating premium. There was absolutely nothing premium about the room itself. The staff do not clean your room, provide fresh towels, or empty trash daily… only upon request. And a majority of staff does not understand English. Will never stay there again!

They let you reserve a Room but won't let you stay in the room unless you have a bank card which isn't anywhere said here or Expedia. They don't take work cards, cash app cards, Chime Card or even Pay Pal. It's a sham Now I lost 87$ and they won't give me a refund.

Your Credit Card Matters
This was my second time trying to stay at this hotel for a medical appointment. The first time they would not allow me to check in with my Husband's credit card and I had nothing else and offered cash and they would not help me. This last time which was last night I booked and this time I had my own credit card with me, however, they don't take my type of debit card, so once again I was turned away to find another hotel on a solo trip after my room was already paid for. Needless to say, I will not be booking this hotel ever again in the future.

I would like to give a good review because the check-in desk and other staff were all friendly and nice. The hotel and rooms, however, need repairs and updating. The one elevator had a terrible odor both nights we stayed, like very rotten food. Our room had issues, too: The telephone didn't work, the safe was broken, several of the electrical outlets didn't work properly, and the ice machine on our floor was not working. The floor had a large damaged area, the paint on the walls needed refreshing, and the decor was plain and outdated. The location, however, is very good. We could walk to fast food restaurants, Publix supermarket, and several other stores within a quarter mile.
