The property features private parking for a smooth arrival and a spacious, open-plan living area with modern amenities. The fully-equipped kitchen, oak dining table with breathtaking views, and two generous living rooms make it easy to relax and entertain.

Outside, enjoy a hot tub, a charcoal barbecue, and expansive gardens with scenic views. Picnic-ware and cool boxes are provided for days out exploring the Border walks or fishing at the nearby loch. Cycling enthusiasts can enjoy scenic routes just minutes away.

With five luxurious bedrooms, Dignity comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults and one infant. Each room is thoughtfully designed with ample storage, mirrors, hairdryers, and bedside cabinets. Amzing property, very well stocked kitchen, lovely bedrooms and living rooms, worked well with different ages of famiy, Had a problem with heating the house while we were there which was a shame as it was a very cold week but the owner came and checked on us eventually and got the heating sorted on the last day which was a shame it took that long. the owner was very friendly when we did meet her, the hot tub was a nice addition and the fenced off area for the dog was really handy just outside the back door. Lovely area to walk round, amazing views so overall it was a lovely house and a lovely holiday just a chilly one. Would definitely go back.
