What I did not like was in how expensive it is and the rooms are not up to spec. Got checked in first room and the water in the tub was not going down, they got maintenance to fix and could not. Got moved into another room and there were roaches coming out of nowhere.

So so experience
The lobby and staff were wonderful. Parking was good, there were more than enough for all the guests. The building is old and it shows. In our room the bathroom door wouldn't close unless slammed. There was rust on the hinges and handrails. The light bulbs had to be changed in our sink area after we got there and the TV remote was missing. Overall it served it's purpose for us, but it could use a remodel.

Just fine for our needs.
Very well located, excellent service from the people that work in all the hotel areas, gave us information and discount coupons. 24 hrs coffee and tea. Good breakfast. We were able to park for length of our cruise trip.

Consider Another Hotel!
Was awakened by couples arguing outside my room at 3:45 am. Then had to move rooms because my toilet would not flush. There were four separate guests standing outside their rooms to smoke at that early 4 am, making me feel unsafe. The room I left had a dead roach in the tub. The room I was moved to had live roaches in the sink. I was traveling without my husband for a conference and each proceeding night I was kept awake by loud guests and was afraid to say anything because of my safety. Breakfast was terrible.

Nice place for a decent price
The location is great with nice access to the beach and a fishing pier. Very comfortable for the price and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The birds sleeping in all the palms at night made for an interesting and enjoyable accent (or a noisy/messy issue depending on your viewpoint :)

Property is NOT as it seems in the pictures. Rooms were very run down and dirty. Walls are VERY thin, you can hear people talking 2 rooms over and the floors above you. Couldn’t even eat the food at breakfast, looked and tasted like cardboard. Not typically a complainer, but this place was not what I thought I was booking, so want to warn others. If you’re looking for a low quality place, go for it. If you want somewhere nice for a toddler and pregnant wife, this is not the place!!!!

There were roaches in the room. Staff was nice and we switched rooms. There were mice on the property. There was mold on the ceiling and in the bathrooms..it was safe just not very inviting in person.
