Hotel staff was great prior to booking I told that it was free parking for cruise which was not true but was it helpful with sister property that had forty dollar parking for the week right next door. Would most definitely stayed again.

Very clean hotel, with big rooms. The breakfast is much better than in other hotels of the same class. With convenient parking at no additional charge, the hotel offers competitive rates. Staff is informative and helpful.

The bed was not very comfortable. It sank in some areas and was a bit lumpy in others. The TV was not well placed in the room - no direct vision from either the bed or the sofa.

The staff were great, very helpful. The room was extremely spacious, with a nice updated bathroom, although the furniture was quite utilitarian. Parking was easy. The balcony and ocean view were terrific, but safely accessing the beach requires walking down to the traffic light to cross a very busy road. Personally, we preferred driving down to the state park for a less urban, more natural stretch of beach. Also, be aware that this part of the Seawall is quite a distance from where the action is, i.e., the Pleasure Pier, restaurants, etc.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs. The ice maker did not work on our floor. Overall it was a nice hotel, but we would not stay again because of the mattress.

The bathroom needs painting. Scuffs and paint peeling on bathroom door sill. Noise from upstairs can clearly be heard, even walking was loud.
