It was nice property, not being able to check in until 3:30 on a prepaid room (at 2:30) was a hassle. Going through the minutia of all the conditions of use was a hassle. Got it that it's a spring break property, but the actual conditions should carry some weight.

Property was under construction and we were told we had an ocean view. Our view was the roof of adjoining building with all the AC units and mechanical equipment. We asked to switch rooms and the only other room available was one that TV doesn’t work.

It was a perfectly good hotel. It was a little run down and in need of repair in places. It Catered to a more 'Party' clientele, so it was pretty noisy in the evenings.

Not exactly a “resort”
We stayed here for a nearby convention. While we technically could see the ocean from the room, the view was much more of the roof and air conditioning units. The entrance to the room was more motel style as the walkway and doors to the rooms were outside. The room was clean and comfortable, but definitely nothing fancy.

The property was under construction and I was not informed of this prayer to my stay. This caused dust around the check in desk that made it unpleasant to complete the check in process. The staff was nice and I felt comfortable leaving my car on the property. They did offer transportation to and from the port. This is the main reason for staying at this property. The transportation to the port was good. On the way back we were told that we could catch the bus at any time. Come to learn that there are specific time the bus would be at the port. Causing us to wait for over two hours for a ride back to the property.

First off, the room they gave us was occupied with a sleeping person who was not happy when I opened the door. Good thing he had the latch done on the door. Then the next room we got, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the shower head pointed out which sprayed the bathroom floor when I turned the shower on. That made a huge mess which required most of our towels to clean it up. The curtains didnt close so we had to use hangers to cinch them closed because the street light was pouring into the room. We did get a free breakfast out of the deal and that was all. There was loud construction outside of our room early and workers at our balcony door working. All in all i was not pleased with the stay.
