Property is still under construction so there is jack hammering and scaffolding and elevators being blocked off to transport construction equipment, Ave debri and dust, but we made due. Not horrible but not ideal either. The room was clean and I'm always thankful for the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The restaurant staff were not very welcoming. The pool area was very nice. I was most surprised that the room doors open to outside similar to a typical motel. Great location right on the Seawall across from the beach and restaurants. Not sure that I'd stay here again until after construction is complete.

The condition of the room was excellent and the view was perfect. The water of the jacuzzi had a lot of bleach, and we had an incident in the jacuzzi.

It was nice property, not being able to check in until 3:30 on a prepaid room (at 2:30) was a hassle. Going through the minutia of all the conditions of use was a hassle. Got it that it's a spring break property, but the actual conditions should carry some weight.
