The desk employees don’t all seem to operate by the same rules. The night person told me I could get a full receipt when we checked out. The morning person told me we could not because we booked thru Expedia (I was not aware that was the case). She wasn’t very nice about it. Won’t stay here again because of her.

Nice, but OK
The room was clean and comfortable, including the bed. Staff was great and very helpful. I got the feeling they really wanted to ensure I was good with everything. BUT...the man that checked me out on Sunday Nov 3rd did not seem very enthused with his job, or he wasn'thaving a good morning. He never engaged me visually. His only words to me once I got him to acknowledge me standing there was "you'll recieve an email soon." My biggest issue was the smell in the room, including the smell of the sheets/covers. The smell was not awful, but rather "odd". The other big issue is the room layout. My room was a single bed room on the 3rd flr and was spacious. However, the space for the fridge/microwave is tucked away in a small tiny corner between the restroom door and main entry door. There was plenty of room to have a fridge/microwave cabinet in the room area where most hotels rooms have them.

This property was very hard to access…. Only one route into the parking lot from the Seawall It’s in a kind of secluded area somewhat like a maze….and almost hidden…… but a very nice and clean property

Hotel advertises a bar. Staff says bar hasn't been open for years with no plan to reopen. Hotel says they have a hot tub. Staff says they're missing a part. If they advertise these things, they should be working.
