A full bathroom is between two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed to sleep a total of 4 people. One additional person can sleep on the living room sofa.

It is also a great place to stay before or after a cruise to relax in Galveston without feeling rushed. This is a guest house and the homeowners do occupy the neighboring home. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets must be under 35 pounds and must be approved.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
