Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas
Beach access: Less than a 2 minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.
Private pool: New in-ground pool installed, waiting for pictures!
Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park.
Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
The Lookout offers ample space for families or groups to spread out and relax. The expansive ground floor game room, complete with a comfy sectional sofa and a whopping three sets of full-over-queen bunk beds, is perfect for movie nights, board games, or friendly foosball tournaments.
Head upstairs to the open-concept living area on the second floor, where the inviting living room, complete with a Smart TV, seamlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space for whipping up delicious meals. The large dining table ensures everyone can gather comfortably for shared meals and laughter. Two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, are conveniently located on this floor.
Ascend to the third floor to find a room with two full-sized sleeper sofas, ideal for additional guests. Another bedroom on this floor boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, offering a tranquil space to unwind. Step out onto the third-floor balcony and take in the views, or relax and soak up the sun on the spacious second-floor deck. After a day of fun at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool in the backyard – the perfect way to end a perfect beach day!

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
