Dont fall for the fancy pics, the hotel is dated and rundown, dont consider it a 4star hotel. The pool is a public shared and pools water hygine was terrible. The resturants were nice though and the breakfast. Staff was very friendly. The location is tucked away, possibly 20mins for galways quay st and city. In my opinion this is a 2 star hotel because of its old building, carpet, drapes and one old small TV.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is very very good. The kids loved the pool too. Great place to stay. Will definitely be returning in the future. I would highly recommend

Everything was great. Room was clean and fully equipped. Pool was clean and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was tasty and the reception/waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Would give perfect marks except it was hot in our bedroom and they don’t do a/c, only heat. They did bring a fan but we could have used 4 more. Other than the temp tho, really great place!

Lovely hotel and staff. Our family room was so comfortable for myself, my husband and our 2 teenage children. Beautiful room that was clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok but we all found something to fill us up.
