Nice hotel in a great spot for sightseeing.
Just insulation is not the best when some party guests came back to their rooms at night it was super loud and also you could hear them in the morning with consequences of drinking.
Hotel states it has a parking - it doesn’t. The Q park is super close but it’s not hotels parking so it is misleading.
Convenient location, staff was very nice, room was like a budget hotel (overlooked kitchen and trash cans, noisy at night). Room had basics (no washcloths).
Great location for walking around Galway. The biggest negative was there was no where to pull up and check in temporarily. Parking was a bit of a walk and with luggage it was a challenge. They should probably state that as we were driving around in circles on exactly where to park. We were actually given the wrong coordinates to a parking lot when we called. Room was small for the price but clean

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Very centrally loved within walking distance to all shops and pubs
I didn’t rate the bar and restaurant very highly, the food was average and service could have been better. It was difficult to know whether there was table service or whether it was expected that meals be ordered at the bar. Overall not a very comfortable place for a solo traveller.
Nice property right next to the popular Eyre Square area. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar/ restaurant on the property was also very nice.
Room smelled overwhelmingly like patchouli, which for many like me is gagging. Someone might have spilled a bottle of it but I think it is put there by the staff as “room freshener.” Very small room. Good breakfast included, which is rare. Staff was friendly and professional.
Staff very friendly but my room was very dated and too warm for a good nights sleep.. food was good and location excellent.

Tired, drab and sad
Was originally put in a room with one bed. Reservation was for a double/triple as it was me and my adult son. First room was very nice and a nice bathroom. Second room was drab, NOTHING like the pictures online. Bathroom can only be described as sad, drab, tired. Door was a little busted up. Towels were thin and grey.
The hotel was fine but North Central Dublin
around Connell is very hectic and a little dodgey. Desk staff was great: Sophia, Liam, Ashley and Dysir. On a return trip, I'd choose a different area even though it was centrally located perhaps too much so.

There was no AC in the room and it was small for 3 people but the hotel is in the perfect location when visiting Galway. Parking is very close and much cheaper when validated by hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and fine.
