This is a very well kept property. The staff is wonderful and the location is perfect, right at the Spanish Gate and Quay St. there are unlimited dining and shopping opportunities. The bar area is lively and welcoming with great service. The breakfast was decent but we chose to walk up Quay St for better options. Our room was very comfortable and modern.

The staff was very courteous and helpful especially Boydon behind the desk and Swiss at the bar. The breakfast was easy and delicious. Conveniently located at the Latin Quarter and the West End facing the river. Highly recommend.

It is in a wonderful location near a museum, tons of shopping and food paces. Also close to the bus drop off if you do not mind a little walking walk! We had a wonderful stay.

Great location at the end of Quay Street. Made a convenient and easy place to stay while hanging out in Galway. Parking deck is just next door. It is a little tight but seems typical for Ireland. Nice hotel bar with seating out front by the street for people watching, but also more secluded seating in indoor patio area.

Very central at the Latin Quarter and nice location next to Spanish Arch and River Corrib views. Staff rectified an issue regarding a duvet needing to be changed as it wasn’t immaculate as it should be. Breakfast was great, as was the food in bar area.

I love everything about this hotel. Been in Ireland (Galway) twice and stayed there twice. It is the only hotel I would ever go to in Galway...The hotel is super clean, the staff is friendly, and the place has the BEST location in town. Also, the breakfasts are second to none!! I love totally it there. I even got a free upgrade to a better room... Bob C.
