My stay was good. This was my first issue I've had and I have been coming to this hotel for four years. My issue was the comfortness of the bed. Its usually soft with nice warm blankets and able to sleep four ppl in a double queen room. This time the firmness of the bed was too much. We had sheets on our bed to cover, no blankets and the queen bed must've shrank because usually my husband and I could share a bed.

The service was perfect. The employees were friendly, they explained everything to us. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and everything was clean. There are many shops in the surrounding areas. The hotel has a laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes. The breakfast could be better, but everything was clean, tidy and there was enough. It is a hotel I would return to without hesitation.

Our room was super small, hard to get around. Just one desk chair to sit in. Breakfast bagels seemed very stale. Our room was next to the lobby and the lobby tv was going all night, and was annoyingly loud. People (staff?) could be heard at 2 in the morning being very loud.

Microtel on Gambrills.
The first room we were assigned had a hole punched in the bathroom door. We asked for a different room and we’re moved down the hall. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was what one would expect at a lower priced hotel. No frills.

Have stayed here several times since it opened. Property has gone down dramatically. Staff unhelpful, didn’t want to leave the office to talk to people standing at the desk. Ignored several requests for clean towels. One of the Rooms I had #217, was previously damaged with large hole in bathroom door. Bath tub had hole in side, the room had a very strong smell of marijuana.
