Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Reservation with Confirmation Number was cancelled while in transit. Staff claimed they “ could not get in touch with me” so they had to cancel my reservation. No email was sent to me, no message through Expedia and no missed calls. Luckily, Reveries Hotel was kind enough to help at the last minute.
