We stayed at the Best Western Otonabee Inn for three nights, one night at a time, during a state of emergency caused by an ice storm. Despite the challenging circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding as we navigated the uncertainty of the storm. Each time we needed to extend our stay, they handled our requests with kindness and efficiency, making us feel genuinely cared for during a difficult time. The room was clean, cozy, and a perfect haven from the freezing conditions outside. The property itself remained well-maintained despite the weather, and we were so grateful to have a warm and welcoming place to stay. We truly appreciated the staff’s dedication and professionalism throughout our stay. They made us feel safe and supported when we needed it most. We highly recommend the Best Western Otonabee Inn—not just for their excellent accommodations but for their outstanding commitment to their guests’ well-being. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Had to stay 2nd night due to weather conditions. Had no problem with booking/staying in same room.

This property is going through a renovation and they're almost done. The very helpful staff more than overcame the reno. The junior suite we had read huge - very nice. The restaurant (not related to the Ramada) was accessible from the hotel which was very convenient in the cold weather. When we visit Lindsay on the future, we'll definitely stay here again.
