Quarto muito pequeno. Banheiro entupido. Faltou empatia e sensatez em acomodar família com criança em quarto tão pequeno. Viajamos em 4 famílias, distribuíram quartos maiores para casais sem crianças.

Péssima experiência
Os apartamentos possuem uma acústica péssima, o banheiro apresentava mau cheiro devido ao retorno dos ralos, e o atendimento do hotel foi praticamente inexistente. Passei dias tentando entrar em contato com o hotel, mas todos os telefones estavam constantemente ocupados. O serviço de limpeza era praticamente inexistente, e houve várias tentativas de abrir o apartamento, mesmo com a porta trancada.

Café da manhã sem muitas opções, o pão estava muito duro, o que realmente salvou foi a tapioca. Serviço de quarto, na minha opniao, deveria ser mais cedo, sai e cheguei no hotel e as 15hrs perguntaram se queria o serviço, bom, no meu entendimento isso deveria ser mais cedo.

O hotel precisa planejar melhor as manutenções.
Quando chegamos, começaram uma manutenção no ar-condicionado do quarto que iríamos ficar. Devido a essa manutenção, trocaram a gente para um quarto bem pequeno onde a cama ficava em cima da porta de entrada, claramente era um quarto inferior que não poderia ser chamado de quarto luxo. Não gostamos e imediatamente ligamos para a recepção para solitar um novo quarto. Nossa solicitação para um quarto compatível foi atendida, mas a vista do quarto onde ficaríamos era bem melhor do que a vista do quarto onde tivemos que ficar. Além disso, a água quente da pia não funcionava, tornando a lavagem das mãos uma tortura com a água que estava super gelada. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são bem educados e atenciosos.

Localização boa, porém necessita dedetização
O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, com garagem ampla, próximo a galeria, bares e restaurantes. Fica perto de igrejas e do relógio das flores. Acredito que passou por reforma recentemente. O quarto quádruplo acomodou bem um casal e dois filhos. O café da manhã foi completo e variou ao longo da estadia. Funcionários acessíveis e simpáticos. O ponto negativo foi a questão da limpeza, acredito que precise atualizar a dedetização, pois apareceram besouros, minhocas e barata.
