This popular city has a population of around 1,200,000 people, along with tons of adventures you’ll want to check off your bucket list. To reach Garland from Love Field Airport, jump in a taxi and travel east for 20 kilometres. You'll find this neighbourhood 20 kilometres northeast of downtown Dallas.

A lot of this city's attractions are located near Garland, and the Amberton University and the Plaza Theatre are some of the most outstanding. You should also be sure to take a look around the Waterview Golf Course and Breckinridge Park. For another perspective on the city, head to Rowlett and Sachse, close-by neighbourhoods that are definitely worth a peek.

No journey to Dallas would be complete without stopping at Dallas World Aquarium. As far as awesome sights go, it's one of the best. You'll find it just 0.6 kilometres from the downtown area.
