This hotel was memorable, but only because the staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The room itself was okay, but the hallway was totally dark until lights turned on from a sensor, not very visitor friendly.

This is a mostly very nice hotel and it's within easy walking distance of León's train station which was a big bonus. Bedsheets had a couple of small stains on them. Front desk staff are just about polite but quite cold to you if you don't speak Spanish.

The property is old, the parking is a tiny garage with little space to maneuver. The carpet on the hallway of our floor was covered all over with disgusting stains. Not bad smell but it looks terrible.

Perfect stop for our night in Leon near old town area and the cathedral. Staff amazing. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was firmer than i am used to, but I slept well. A bit of noise from room above and on the street late at night. It's downtown so expect you may hear noise if you're staying here.

Comfortable centrally located hotel
We stayed here for a night while walking the Camino. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom had a bath. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is really well located, very close to Casa Botines and the cathedral.

You should offer some free water as well as a coffee maker. These are basics. Also the AC is very, very weak. Americans like the ability to turn the AC on high and have a cool room.

Good stay
The hotel location is good, only minutes to the old town area. This is a grand old hotel that is undergoing upgrades. The rooms are large, ours had a terrace but needed to be refurbished and furniture added. There are no English speaking TV channels, if that is important. The room was clean as was the hotel. We did eat at the adjacent restaurant, Casa Mando and was not impressed with the food or menu. There are many places to eat in the area. In general the hotel was fine, the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would stay agan.
