Wonderful stay at Loggi
From the minute we walked into the house we knew we were gong to have a great week staying at Loggi. The house is so welcoming it gives you hug and you can feel yourself relax. The house is exceptionally well equipped and literally has everything you need and lots of extras that make your stay just that little bit more special. The area is outstanding, with amazing scenery with breathtaking views that are forever changing. You can enjoy just looking out of the many windows to watch the birds or the changing views or just enjoying the peace and tranquility of the area. Tamsin and Mark are excellent hosts, and made my birthday celebrations very special. Hope we can return the next time we visit this very special place.

A hidden gem
We have just enjoyed an amazing week in Loggie by the side of Loch Broom. Mark and Tamsin were fabulous hosts, the cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything from Lego for the kids, board games, tunnocks tea cakes, through to dishwasher tablets and art supplies. A truly beautiful location and a wonderful base to explore this wild landscape. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Thrilling to find, hard to leave, impossible to forget
The only reason for a five star rating is that six or more stars are not possible – Tamsin and Mark would deserve them hands down. Friendly, helpful and with great tips (including a market with local products and one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen) they fit the stunning guest house so well. Always close to answer questions but never intrusive, just perfect. Same is true about the place itself that could not be better equipped or furnished – a perfect homebase for exploring the surrounding area. Ullapool some 20 minutes away offers everything to replenish your stocks and great restaurants – too bad we could not visit the Summer islands by boat due to the windy weather. Good reason to come back though :) Biggest plus might be the location of the guest house – the peace and quiet of „the end of the world“ settles in a few minutes after arrival. Friendly dogs to cuddle with complete the picture. Would love to stay here again, one week was not enough, Tapadh leibh airson a h-uile rud!

Lovely, quiet, peaceful spot with excellent hosts
The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It has stunning views of the Loch. The hosts were just wonderful to deal with - friendly and helpful. Two of us developed Covid on the 3rd day of the holiday, and they could not have been more sympathetic and unflappable about it. For those of us who were well, it was an easy and beautiful drive into Ullapool, and the roads to the North are stunningly lovely. Lots to do in the area. Go there!

Fantastic Decompression Getaway
Mark and Tamsin were outstanding to work with. They provided a lot of insight in the western Highlands region. The location is fantastic to go walking and observe nature. Or, if you simply are wanting to escape the noise and hustle of urban life, this is the place to go. Accommodations were very comfortable.

My partner and I decided to spend Christmas just the 2 of us. We saw Loggie and loved it. The property managers were very friendly and always answered our questions. We were left in privacy during our stay and very much enjoyed our time. We have already thought about visiting again.

This was a great location for exploring the surrounding area. A beautiful home and position. It was home from home with everything you could possibly need. We had an amazing time here and would recommend to anyone. We did not get to see Mark but Tamsin was a great hostess, we arrived to a very warm welcome and lots of local treats, absolutely super.

Wonderful stay with beautiful views
Lovely welcome basket was waiting for us, which was a nice touch. Tamsin and Mark were great hosts. They live right next door so are always available if needed, although give you plenty of privacy too. The house is at the end of quite a long single track road down the opposite side of the loch to Ullapool, but it's only around a 25 min drive for groceries, fuel, restaurants, etc.

Great house in fabulous remote location
Firstly, this is a fabulous remote location! On arrival, we had a lovely greeting from Tamsin and Pi. The house was great for us. There were three bedrooms, two of them with double beds. This was perfect for a family of three adults. The underfloor heating made the house very cosy. The property was quiet with good views over Loch Broom. There is superb artwork through the house. Despite its remote location, visiting the area's attractions is relatively easy. We would love to return sometime.

Outstanding!
Mark and Tamsin were excellent hosts and we were made to feel very welcome throughout. The welcome pack and hospitality were spot on. We had a great time relaxing in the house, enjoying the views, spending time down by the Loch and going on various trips around the local area. Our children loved the garden, loft (with desk for drawing and colouring), wee beach and table tennis table. We loved the peaceful setting, views to the Loch from the livingroom, kitchen and garden, the Loch and surrounding areas. Great place to relax at night with music, a fire and wine! The house is very practical for a family and has all the bits and pieces you will need. Overall an outstanding stay. We loved the place. Thank you, David, Deborah, Isla, Emelia and Hamish (The Dog).

Loved it !
Beautiful property with amazing views and so much light . The property was particularly suited to our group with two walk in showers including a wet floor shower and easy access for someone with mobility problems . My husband who is also visually impaired found the property easy to get around as it was full of light . We so enjoyed all the wonderful art work around the property --pottery , paintings and weaving . What a treat to have Tamsin's art studio and gallery in the garden !!. The house had everything you needed and beds were very comfortable . Lovely to have a coffee machine there with a welcome of coffee ground in the Highlands . We also enjoyed using the outside barbecue . Upstairs art materials await you available to use and enjoy ...books and music Cds plentiful. We so enjoyed meeting and chatting with Mark and Tamsin who were such lovely hosts .

We had a wonderful week at this quiet, restful escape from our normal lives. The owners are lovely and very helpful - nearby, but not intrusive. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The views from the house are amazing and it doesn’t take very long to drive round to Ullapool . We would definitely recommend staying here.

Modern comfortable spacious property with lovely view of the hills and loch. Tamsin was very helpful and also provided us with local free range eggs. Mark and Tamsin live nearby and are helpful when needed but do not intrude on your holiday. Tamsin is an artist and makes lovely lino prints of local scenes and wildlife, it's well worth visiting her studio near to the house. Would happily stay here again.

Lovely stay on the shores of Loch Broom
The house is in a lovely postion on a typical croft hidden away on the shore of Loch Broom. The house is spotless and very well-equipped. The property shares the croft with the owner's house but feels very separate and private. The accommodation is really great, the pictures don't do it justice, it is much larger and brighter than we were expecting and could easily sleep a larger group than we were. Fantastic walks in the immediate locale (down to the loch or into the local hills) or plenty of munros nearby. Good outdoor dining to be had at The Seafood Shack in Ullapool.

We had a wonderful time. Location was great, so peaceful - we all slept well! Property was perfect for all - from the upstairs TV area for our 13 year old, to the wet room for granny aged 84. Kitchen has everything you needed and more. Great communication with the owners. We had great weather which was a bonus. Lovely weekend all round.

Beautiful house in secluded location
This is the most well equipped self catering accommodation I have ever stayed in! It has just about everything you could need... even walking poles. The location is beautiful though a little way from Ullapool on the other side of the loch. The property is beautifully designed and very spacious. If anything, the photos on the website don't do it justice... it was even better than we expected! Hosts were welcoming and the welcome pack of food and drink was very generous.
