Clean affordable and cozy
Our second year staying for a weeks vacation in this hotel. We love it. Friendly staff and room is clean cozy and a great price. Close to downtown shoppes. Will be back again.

The lady at check in was nice. This property is very worn, years of fingerprints on the doors, carpet is stained and worn, this property needs a lot of attention and i dont thin it will get that.

This hotel is great. It’s one of our favorites to stay at for the budget. Staff is very friendly. Easy to get into the strip of gatlinburg. Only thing is where the pool was is getting dangerous. Over grown, the fence is rusty and falling apart. Other then that hotel is great.

Front desk young lady was friendly but for the room was nothing nice. Shower would not drain and spoke to two different people and nothing was done, toilet ran non stop due to a bad $15 fill valve that if you look back 2 weeks ago someone else has pics of the same issue and something about the room felt wet like if you had a humidifier going at all times to where the bedding felt wet all the time and even our clean clothes felt like that the next day. Do not believe the photos online and they show a pool but its filled in with dirt. Room 120

The workers were great. The building is dirty and in shambles needs painted the carpets was old and dirty and it smells musty the beds felt damp all the time

Just don't do it. The room was wet and smelled like a horrible moldy basement. Not exaggerating had to wear shoes in the room and it was not comfortable. Checked out after one night.

Pro’s - convenient, easily available to walk around the downtown and friendly staff. Con’s - carpet was really smushy and there was a weird smell in the room. A bit pricey for the room which we got.

Overall I liked my stay, but noticed a few things. There was kinda a lot of dust on the ceiling. We used the jet tub and the timer on the wall didn’t work so I had to force it to turn off. One side of the bed was really squeaky and could hardly move without it being really loud. Also, I woke up to go to the bathroom and saw a cockroach in the tub. Staff was really nice and welcoming, but next time I’ll be finding another motel to stay at when visiting Gatlinburg.

Neighbors came in late and were noisy and smoking pot next door. Could smell it as if it was in our room. Needs upgrading. Needs work. Parking not ideal. You get what you pay for only I didn’t go there to get high. Almost unbearable.
