Old worn out hotel
When we got there our room heat didn’t work they were able to get maintenance there shortly after and he was able to figure the problem out but had he not they had no extra rooms and we would’ve been stuck trying to find a replacement room on our own last second so in Gatlinburg would’ve been costly. The staff were friendly and did their job this hotel just needs some upgrades as the flooring is old and worn and the heater/air systems are very old and rusty looking

The staff was very friendly however will not be staying again. The beds are rock hard there was mold and hair in the shower. The shower drain switch was broke. The carpet was nasty and stained. The room had a weird smell to it. There was also a gap between the ac and wall allowing critters in.

Bad time staff believed the horrible men in blue over me even though I was an important person in town. They don’t support women’s views or rights here and need help better help with staffing management is poorly run and needs to look at themselves for improving themselves and the place. Please get help.

It’s ok but I won’t return
The male staff that checked me in was on the phone the whole time while checking me in with a non work call. I got to my room and the bathroom door doesn’t shut. Bathtub has black mold on the tub caulking. If you want cheap this is what you pay for. On a good note the bed was clean and comfy I was just expecting a cleaner environment.

I was solo traveling for my birthday and I stayed in the suite with jacuzzi. It was a wonderful stay. The front desk was helpful, breakfast was offered, very clean (I inspected the room before bring my bags in), and it was close to all attractions in towns. Hot tub was perfect to relaxing after a 10 hour hike. I seen a bear which was great. There was a small mistake but that was Expedia not the motel/staff issue. Perfect stay will recommend to everyone and anyone going to that area.

While it wasn't much to look at from outside, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed, sheets and pillows were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient walk to downtown area. Great value.
