I did see a small roach in the bathroom.The three nights we stayed no one ever came and cleaned our room. I was told someone would be at the front desk for me to check out early am. NO one was there and door was locked. You can tell it’s an older place that’s been renovated rooms looked nice enough and was comfortable just hoped they would have cleaned our room

This Hotel is at perfect location near to shopping center and near to ober mountain tram ride. This hotel had everything which is required for short stay.Room was clean and parking was easy.We loved the stay and experience.

Need more chairs to sit inside the room, more hangers in the room (we have 4 people and there’s only 2 hangers) hard to ask for hangers since they have to “install” it in. There’s mold in the bathroom ceiling and the tub is kind of nasty (it’s a 2 or 3 star hotel so don’t expect too much). The only good thing here are the people who works here are extremely nice and friendly. They let you use Dove shampoo (this is my favorite) This property is literally near everything which is why I chose to stay here and was not disappointed for that.

We stayed here for 3 days. It is super convenient with a dog but it is in a really loud area. The area for breakfast is very small for such a large hotel. When we checked in, our key didn’t work. Instead of an apology when I walked back, the front desk just said,”None of them are working. We waited at the door for the maintenance to open it. Maintenance was polite and fast.
