Great location!! Bed comfortable. Like that bathroom sink/ vanity is separate from shower/toilet area. Makes it easier to get dressed and ready. TV station lineup good. Not a fancy highend place but needs were met and room was comfortable. Location outstanding for walking to shops and restaurants.

Was so disappointed the indoor pool was closed! We had booked this hotel so our 5 and 2 yr old grandsons could swim. We told them about the pool and they were so excite to just be let down. It broke my heart having to hear the cry so excited about it

I paid my room through hotels.com and when I checked in I was charged again for the full price of the room and was not refunded! I was told they did not charge it but I showed it on the bank statement. Also first gave us a room that smelled like dog pee and the indoor pool was not heated like it said…. Ruined my kids vacation

Mgr helped me get things sorted out and Went Above and Beyond as Expedia Dropped the Ball and Did Not send the hotel my confirmation # and itinerary for the continued stay here thru Sunday . The hot tub in the picture doesn’t work it doesn’t even have water in it. The indoor pool is cold and has so much chlorine in it your eyes burn just walking in the room with it. They only cleaned our room the first night out of five. We had to take out the garbage and go get towels from the front desk and never received the wash cloths they were supposed to bring because the front desk had none. The jet tub it our bathroom didn’t work they had even glued the nobs so they won’t turn. I will never stay here again. We did see bears every night from the balcony though. That was the only exciting part about this hotel.
