Great experience
Very Nice Hotel and pet friendly, clean and spacious. Great experience! We need to leave before because the weather but they make the refund for the night, this hotel and service meet the expectations.

Good place , now new , need renovation but very clean and cozy, fireplace very nice addition, we stayed in pet friendly room , you don’t need to go in the mountains to see a bear , he was crossing hotel parking lot , very eco friendly, we liked it :)

The staff at the front desk seemed like we were a bother checking in. He was also wearing I don’t tolerate stupid people hat. Not warm or inviting. We had ants in our room that kept getting into any snacks or food we had. The room was super dirty. Bathtub and sink clogged.

My wife and I stood here last winter (I forgot to write a review). The hotel is has some stunning views if you happen to face the hill with the mountain coaster. The staff during the time was somewhat nice but honestly it seems everyone in Gatlinburg is a bit hissy. The hotel is a tad far from the main strip where all the tourists locations are at if you decide to walk like we did. The Breakfast was amazing everyday we were there, no complaints. The room was great to, it had an amazing view, and also had a chimney that kept us warm. Overall great hotel!!

Awful Stay At Quality Inn
Our room was awful. Nothing in the room or the whole hotel for that matter was maintained. There was a coffee stirrer and some tissue on the bathroom floor that remained there the whole time we were there. Housekeeping did not sweep or clean while we were there. They brought towels and just plopped them on the shelf and did not hang them. We had to request towels when we needed them. Our room and outside the hotel was unkept and in disrepair. There was what seemed to be mold on the wall under the chairs in the cafeteria. I have never stayed at a Quality in before and will not ever again. I will be sure to let my family and friends know as well.

Romantic weekend
Dont let the exterior fool you. Older yes, needs paint and some minor maintenance yes but the room was perfect. Jacuzzi tub was just what the dr ordered. This was a pamper the wife weekend. Fireplace bubble bath and close to downtown. We had a blast and will be back soon.

The hotel is totally in need of repair. The first room they gave us the door was broken and the handle was dangling off… the second room the fireplace didn’t work and the bathroom light was flashing and the check in clerk had the personality of a rock.

Older gentleman was nice. Younger black woman needs to improve her customer service skills as she n learning how to smile and not lie and say no rooms were cleaned at 2 pm when I requested early check in. Than when I went back in the office at 3 she just got up and left the desk

The staff and service were good, but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. This hotel was a cheaper option than some, but still over 300 for two nights and the rooms were not clean and very out dated. Would not stay again.

Arrived to be told I only had room for one night. I reserved the room for two nights. Got the fire place room. The fire place was inop in the room 411 that I paid extra to have. Stupid at the front desk advised he didn't have anyone that could check it. He also stated he didn't know how to use the computer to book me and additional night. Very poor svc will never stay again.
